Mireya is a Spanish-Colombian animation student based in Pittsburgh, PA, currently completing a BFA at Point Park University. She is the Creative Director of the university’s International Club, an organization dedicated to bringing cultures together and uplifting students through community and collaboration. Passionate about visual storytelling, Mireya has collaborated with the Pittsburgh Penguins on creative projects and is currently working with Incubator Productions and their team to publish the children’s book Milo and the Mime. Looking ahead, Mireya aims to pursue a career as both a children’s book illustrator and animator, bringing vibrant and imaginative stories to life for young audiences.
